    TheBridalshoplondon is committed to promptly and efficiently delivering your orders. Our shipping policy for UK customers is as follows:

    Shipping within the United Kingdom:

    • All orders processed and shipped within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail first class delivery and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days. If you need your order sooner. kindly let us know by sending a mail.
    • For orders over £50, delivery is free of charge.
    • Orders are processed and dispatched during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
    • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may not be shipped until the next working day.

    Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.
    • You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at thebridalshopldn@gmail.com
    • We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get your order to you as soon as possible.

    International Deliveries:

     For international deliveries, we ship orders using UPS courier. This ensures a quick and speedy delivery to our customers.

     Please be patient during busy times of the year such as November and December.  Once the order has been dispatched from us, we will send your tracking information to your email.

    Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

    These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
